This variety of grape has only recently begun to be produced in Switzerland but has already adapted perfectly and revealed some interesting new characteristics.
It has a golden, almost old gold colour, and a whole variety of flavours await the drinker, with mineral elements combining with vegetal flavours and orchard fruits. |
